Reichert builds out of this world medical equipment. Literally.

Its products are used here on Earth, and also by astronauts on board the Intentional Space Station. Why? For science, of course!

It's the type of story we told on the company's "Blink" blog and email newsletter, which went out to over 40,000 doctors and dealers worldwide.

A steady flow of content revitalized the aging brand, and filled the gaps between product launches (few and far between).

On top of articles on instruments, company happenings, cool offices, and tips for doctors and their patients, we created "Buffalo Bits," a sidebar that featured fun factoids about Reichert's stomping grounds -- home to many famous inventions, like the buffalo chicken wing.

This helped reinforce the company's new tagline, "Another Bright Idea from Buffalo," and position as an innovative American company.

We also teamed up with a renowned optometrist, who happens to be a Sommelier, to serve up a column on wine. Doctors love vino, and they followed Dr. Karpecki's pieces religiously.

While doctors and dealers never missed a blink (the monthly mailing sent to distributors averaged 50% opens and 40% click-thrus), the client was the biggest fan. How do we know? They ordered "Blink" cuff links to don at trade shows.
