Bon Appetit

Avure was under pressure to grow. Fast.

The manufacturer of high-pressure food processing (HPP) machines needed a way to reach more prospects and keep in touch with existing customers.

So when we launched its new website, we included a blog, called Bon Appetit. We fed it regularly with content that was also dished out via social media and email.

We told the story of how Hope Hummus went from a farmer's market to Costco by using Avure's equipment. We profiled a food scientist who whips up clean-label recipes for a living.

We wrote about how HPP can protect brands and consumers safe from an e. coli outbreak, like the one crippling Chipotle. We created nuts and bolts pieces to show how Avure's systems outperform the other guys in critical categories like uptime and throughput.

And we gave juice marker's a hit of marketing material, in the form of cocktail recipes.

The blog remains one of the website's highest-trafficked pages. Its articles are regularly consumed by some of the world's biggest food companies, including Hormel, Campbells, Sabra and Boar's Head.
