TREEBIES

I've indirectly butchered entire forests in the name of advertising. Treebies, a social responsibility for Ideopia, helped me repent for my sins against Mother Nature.

My team's task? To come up with a fun way to tell the agency's clients that we planted a tree for them after every print job.

We created four Treebie cards, one for each season, and a landing site that featured an infographic on all the great benefits of planting trees. 

When a job wrapped up, clients received a card in the mail that signaled the planting of their very own Treebie(s) -- by way of a donation to the Arbor Day Foundation.

I know what you're thinking. "A printed piece isn't very green." But here's the cool part. We printed the cards and envelopes on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with eco-friendly toner, which is actually better for the planet than soy inks and uses less energy to produce.

The campaign included print, landing page, video, blog, email and social media.
