Hamilton Website Tune-up

Hamilton makes a darn good industrial caster. Sure it's on the pricey side, but it's worth it when you consider the alternative: el cheapo knockoffs.

We rebuilt Hamilton's website to tell the story of why. Not only do they forge the toughest casters on the planet, but they've been at it for over a century. 

The "Why Hamilton" page, one of the site's most popular destinations, gave users the seven critical reasons to choose the American caster maker. It was a fast read, easy to use, and purty.

The "History" page was a welcome challenge. History can often be boring, but Hamilton's was anything but. They helped hurl humans into space! SPACE!

A 4,000+ word longform story painted the picture of a family-owned company -- now in generation four -- that's journeyed through hell (the Great Depression, World War II, multiple recessions). All while continuing to innovate, build a better product and never cut corners.

To keep it interesting, we broke up the information by date, and tied Hamilton's biggest achievements to pop culture, like the moon landing.

Hamilton casters work harder than any others in the field. Now, it had a website to do the same.
